Re: the second question - I chose "Someone you know", but, really, the other two choices apply almost equally.
Re: the fourth question (and, in a way, the last) - I did choose "trying to be" although I don't really feel it's something you try to be; I also don't feel its something you should consider yourself. You pick your heros, other people pick theirs. I expect my kids might look to me as a hero, in some ways, and I selected the answer I did with them in mind. This sums it up for me:
"The difference between a Common Human and an Uncommon Hero is that the Human tries to be a Hero, whilst the Hero simply tries to be Humane."
Kepler is mine, obviously because of eight minutes arc, the ridiculously tiny deviation of the observed facts from predictions of his theory that led him to dimiss his life's work as, well, just wrong. A true scientist.
