I do NOT like Gospel... bad enough ordinary hymns. eeek. I'm glad he explained at the beginning, cos it left me with a horrid taste.....

I have been a huge fan of Steeleye Span since the early 60s. Granted one of their biggest UK hits was, Gaudete..the Christmas Gregorian Chant. But so was Allison Gross, about the courtship rituals of a particularly ugly witch. So I had faith in them.

I have to agree - I've never heard this song before, and after one listen it will stick in my mind for a very long time. It's very good and utterly terrifying.
