Have you seen the episode of Planet Word (aired last autumn in the UK on the BBC, now out on DVD) where he and Brian Blessed take part in a swearing 'experiment'?

I think it's episode two. They do the experiment where you keep your hand in ice water to see if swearing helps you deal with pain. Blessed is fun. :)

Is that the one where they proof that swearing helps to deal with extreme situations but not if you abuse it?

Made me chuckle but I really think that that was a very good demonstration.
