Raven was lost. It was not that he had not found the Dragon. It is just that nobody else was around. And then he noticed that she was younger than Coyote had described her. But even young her body moved in a flow of magic that could melt even Tricksters. And so he wove a placemarker so that she would always remember those moments. And then he flew off, for Coyote had mentioned a card game.
