Mundane
Not sure why people have such fond things to say about Summer. It is hot and muggy and often far too bright. Of course I understand that people do tend to holiday during the Summer,something I never really got the hang of.
On top of temps in the 30s or 90s depending on your measurement, I have early shifts all week. Have I mentioned not doing daylight well? Crowded and full of people. Not my style. Not to mention much less reading time. Does give me time (I hope)to get to Homeland Security this week for a passport app.

See, I've had that argument applied before, but it's not true -- there comes a point where you can't put anything more on or else you look like a little kid dressed to go outside and play in the snow, with arms stiff at your sides and no longer bendable.
Heat doesn't bother me (much or often). These very few months when I don't need sweaters or jackets (or long johns) are precious to me.
