Prompt: Tread lightly for you tread on my dreams.

And when he came from over the hills,
His body,mind and heart had become
A cartography of the visual cacophony;
The scars as reminders and road signs.

He lived in a calcified turret
In the mansion of his dreams.
Old loves spun cobwebs
Along the music of his past.

She came to the hall of the present,
Where he tried never to go.
Her own pain threw open the windows
And the moon danced in like hope

And they dance ever so softly
Where their dreams blend like poetry.
